**Do each 3 x 15**Need a weighted ball** Make sure both partners do each exercise
1) Plank while jump over into a Burpee.
2) Pistol Squat **Each leg
3) Squat while Ab Kick Downs
4) Plank into a Squat
5) Crunch up with a weighted ball
