Ladies, as the belly grows it is no surprise that workouts and movements get a bit harder. I've had to adapt to a whole new way of working out. In fact, there are days I can do a normal squat and not feel inadequate, and then there are other days when baby is positioned in a very uncomfortable way, and squatting is out of the question.
The point I'm making here, is that embracing the changes in a positive light is key. Therefore, because my body is different every day, I have to be accepting of the fact that my workouts I make for myself, could end up being something completely different, or even an easier movement. Making workouts, and trying new tactics has been a huge benefit for my programs. I'm able to go through the workouts myself before giving them to you ladies, and make sure they are safe and effective.
Last night Zack and I got to enjoy a night out. I am a firm believer in how important it is to show love and affection towards your spouse, especially when a new member to your family is on it's way! We need to encourage one another to express love, affection, physical touch, and support towards one another each day. Marriage itself is work, but marriage with a baby is work on another level. I never want to show all my love towards our baby, and zero or hardly any towards my husband. I mean, if it wasn't for our love, we wouldn't have this bundle of joy coming into the world.
God brought us two together for a very special and meaningful purpose, and I want to prove to Him everyday how right He was! God didn't bring any couple together in marriage for fun, He did each one for a reason, and it is our job to prove He is right and fulfill that purpose.
We are due for our next prenatal appointment this coming Thursday, and I can't wait to fill you ladies in on how it goes! The heartbeat of this little nugget is a sound I will always appreciate!
