8 Band exercises for whole body - GREAT Pregnancy moves

Ladies, band workouts are my new THANG! WHY? Because it is something that is so inexpensive, and it can be used to work the whole body! I want to give you a full workout based on my favorite band exercises, that will target the bootay, legs, arms, abdominal, and everything in between!


  1. Duck walks
  2. Plank taps
  3. Ski jumps
  4. Plank arm raises
  5. Jumping jacks
  6. Leg and arm raise balance
  7. Bear crawls
  8. Mountain climbers

**NOTE: Do each exercise continusly for 45 seconds to a minute, rest for 10 seconds, REPEAT 3x.  Do each exercise like that.


Duck Walks


Squat and walk forward

*add weight in hands for added challenge


Plank taps

*tap hands back and forth


Ski jumps

*jumps side to side

Arm raises

*hold plank, while front arm extensions

Jumping Jacks

Arm & leg raise balance

Side to side bear crawl

*move bent legs and arms side to side

Mtn climbers

*hold the leg crunch for few seconds for added challenge
